1. Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these terms. We provide web creation and digital marketing services as described in individual project proposals or agreements.

2. Project Delivery

We are committed to delivering projects according to agreed timelines. However, final delivery dates may be adjusted based on:

✓Client feedback and revision requests
✓Provision of necessary content and materials
✓Project scope changes
✓Changes in technical requirements

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

✓Provide necessary content and materials within agreed timeframes
✓Review and provide feedback on deliverables promptly
✓Make payments according to the agreed schedule
✓Ensure they have appropriate rights to all materials provided to us
✓Maintain and secure any access credentials we provide

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

✓A 40% deposit is required before work begins
✓40% is due upon delivery of initial concepts or prototypes
✓The remaining 20% is due before final delivery of completed work
✓Payment details are provided in individual invoices
✓Late payments may result in work suspension

Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

5. Intellectual Property

During Development

During the development phase, La Maison Web retains all intellectual property rights to work in progress.

Rights Transfer

Upon full payment, specific usage rights transfer to the client as outlined in the project agreement.

Attribution

Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio with appropriate attribution.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary for project completion with our contracted partners.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total project value. We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Exclusions:

✓Third-party services or software
✓Content provided by the client
✓Changes made by the client or unauthorized third parties
✓Force majeure events

8. Cancellation Policy

By Client

If a project is canceled by the client:

✓Before work begins: Deposit is refundable minus an administrative fee of 10%
✓After work begins but before initial concepts: 40% of total project fee is retained
✓After initial concepts delivery: Full payment is required

By La Maison Web

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

✓Client violates these terms
✓Client fails to provide necessary materials or feedback
✓Client requests work outside our ethical standards
✓Payment is significantly delayed

9. Support & Maintenance

Warranty Period

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project completion to fix bugs at no additional cost.

Ongoing Support

Extended support and maintenance are available through separate service agreements.

10. Communication

All project-related communications should be in writing (email) to maintain clear records. Response times are typically within 48 business hours.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For ongoing projects, the terms in effect at the signing of the project agreement apply unless otherwise agreed.
